After spending seven (7) years as a top producing real estate professional in the greater Fort Lauderdale area, I transitioned into management in May 2023.
In early 2021, I discovered my passion for helping associates develop their business strategies to reach their full potential. I developed and enacted a revolutionary training program that helps associates get into business more quickly and increase their sales volume.
In 2022/2023, I helped to implement the rollout companywide, and continue to manage the program. In addition, I am the District Sales Manager for The Keyes Company’s Plantation location, helping agents at all levels succeed.
In 2024, I took on the role as a Governor for the Miami Board of Realtors and a Director for the Florida Board of Realtors.
